- Minimum stay 2 nights
- The price will be increased by 30% for time occupied during the day or for those staying for just 1 night
- We grant a discount for stays longer than three nights, for accommodation during the week (from mon-thu) and for stays of only 2 people
- A 50% deposit is to be paid when booking a determined period, whilst the rest is to be paid by bank transfer 15 days before arrival
- In case of cancellation up to 60 days before the arrival date, the advance payment will be refunded in full. Late cancellation fee 30%, for cancellation 7 days before arrival 70%.
- If you want to extend your stay and we can provide this with advance notice and additional charge. The late check- out fee is 60 € until 4 pm, until 7 pm is 120 €.
- The price includes bed linen, towels, comfortable bathrobes and sauna, disposable slippers, natural and eco friendly hygienic cosmetics and cleaning products, basic groceries (coffee, teas ...), firewood and barbecue, in winter 24h underfloor heating, free Wi-Fi, IPTv smart, unlimited use of the hydromassage pool and Finnish sauna in winter and summer, tourist tax and final cleaning, and a welcome drink and a basket of Gorski kotar products
- A security deposit of 200 € is payable on arrival and is refundable at check-out if there is no damage
- Pet stay on request (depending on size, age) and for a fee
- The renter is not subject to VAT under the provisions of Article 22 of the VAT Act
- This price list is valid throughout 2024.
